WE’RE FUSSY BECAUSE YOU’RE FUSSY
All New Old reproduction parts supplied by AMCT are precision laser copied from New Old Stock or pristine second hand genuine items sourced locally, an exact replica is created in prototype form using all original materials, then supplied to us for evaluation. This prototype is checked for quality, fit, and period correctness, by our panel of experts. If any flaw or incorrectness is found, our manufacturers are notified, and the process is repeated - and repeated - until the finished item is undistinguishable from genuine original. 21st Century technology allows us to engineer out any inherent design flaws or weaknesses, and all materials used are at least 10% - 15% (often more) thicker and higher quality (and therefore stronger and more durable) than original. Unlike cheap inferior reproduction parts, made from low quality materials in someone’s backyard, our principal supplier goes to considerable effort and expense to make elaborate dies and moulds, of the same and higher standard as that used by international auto makers (in fact, he even supplies their key components to a number of them!) Some $30 million plus has already been invested in manufacturing tooling to date!
He also manufactures new American muscle car shells and replacement parts under licence from GM, Ford and Chrysler, and these have already received international acclaim.
